Privacy Policy
This Policy explains what personal data Tuoling ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or purchase LightESB-Camel, and how that data is used. Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record.
1. Data we collect
When you contact us or place an order, we collect your email address, company name, contact person name, and phone number. For payment and delivery records, we also keep the Paddle transaction identifiers, payment status, order amount and currency, customer and license identifiers, package version and hash, support period, correspondence, and delivery timestamps. We do not receive your card number or payment credentials.
2. How we use your data
We use this data to respond to inquiries, confirm and process orders, register and build your customized package, verify licenses, deliver private download links, provide updates and support, handle refunds or disputes, prevent duplicate or unauthorized delivery, and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
3. Payment data
Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Your card number and payment credentials are entered on Paddle's checkout and handled by Paddle; we never see or store them. Paddle processes your data under its own privacy policy, available at paddle.com.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics services. The only browser storage used is a localStorage entry that remembers your language preference; it stays in your browser and is never sent to us. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which may process standard server logs under Cloudflare's own policies.
5. Data retention and sharing
Order and customer registration records are retained only as long as needed for license verification, support, refunds or disputes, security, and legal, accounting, or tax obligations, then deleted or anonymized where appropriate. We do not sell your data. We use Paddle for payments, Cloudflare for website hosting, Google Cloud Storage for private package delivery, and our email provider for correspondence and delivery notices. These providers process data under their own policies and may process it across regions.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. Note that deleting registration data may limit our ability to verify your license and provide updates or support.
