Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your purchase and use of LightESB-Camel, an AI-assisted integration development tool provided under the Tuoling product brand ("we", "us"). Paddle acts as our payment processor and Merchant of Record. By ordering, paying for, or using the software you accept these Terms.
1. Service definition
LightESB-Camel is software for building and operating integration routes between existing systems, industrial protocols, robotics workflows, and AI tools. It is delivered as a customized software package built per customer and provided through a private download link. We do not host the software for you; you run it in your own environment.
2. Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices are listed in USD on the Pricing page. The Pro license is a one-time payment — it is not a subscription and does not auto-renew. After confirming your billing and build information, we send a Paddle Checkout link. Paddle acts as our payment processor and Merchant of Record; applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout. Promotional prices are valid only within the stated period.
3. Delivery
Each paid package is built manually with your registered customer information. We deliver a private download link to your contact email within 1-3 business days after payment and receipt of the required build information (company name, contact person, and phone number).
4. License
The Pro license grants one organization a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered package for commercial purposes, and includes 12 months of software updates and email support from the delivery date. The free trial license grants a 60-day evaluation right and expires automatically. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the package, and may not remove or bypass the embedded customer watermark or license verification.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the environment in which you deploy the software, for the systems and credentials you connect to it, and for complying with applicable laws. You may not use the software for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, or to process data you are not authorized to process.
6. Intellectual property
We retain intellectual property rights in the parts of the software that we own. The package also includes third-party and open-source components that remain subject to their respective licenses and notices. Purchasing a Pro license grants the usage rights described above and does not transfer ownership of our software or any third-party component.
7. Service availability and disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Refunds and termination
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may terminate a license if you materially breach these Terms; upon termination you must stop using and delete the delivered package.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
